To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pisoph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the pisoph Platform, even if pisoph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pisoph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their pisoph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the claim arose.
You may close your pisoph account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute process described in Section 12.1.
pisoph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via the contact information associated with their pisoph account and/or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
